Lovecaravan is a Vancouver-based non-profit media platform focused on meaningful conversations, personal growth, and storytelling.

At the center of the brand was a live YouTube Series:šŸ‘‰ Boundary Breakers Live

The series featured guest speakers from different industries sharing real-life experiences, insights, and journeys.


⭐ Highlight: High-value, long-form content with powerful conversations but limited digital distribution and reach.


PROBLEM / GOAL

The Core Problem

The content itself wasn’t the issue.

The real problem was:

ā— The content existed but it wasn’t being leveraged

Key Challenges

  • Long-form episodes weren’t reaching wider audiences

  • No structured system for repurposing content

  • Guest speakers’ audiences weren’t being fully utilized

  • Promotion was inconsistent and not optimized


Why This Matters

In content ecosystems:

Long-form builds depth, but short-form drives discovery.

  • Expand reach beyond existing audience

  • Turn each episode into multiple content assets


SOLUTION

šŸ” My Approach: Build a System, Not Just Content

Instead of treating each episode separately, I built:

a repeatable content + PR system

Step 1: Strategic Guest Outreach (PR Engine)

One of the biggest growth levers was: šŸ‘‰ who we brought onto the show

What I Did

  • Identified relevant guest speakers

  • Reached out via email + social platforms

  • Positioned the show as valuable exposure

  • Managed communication and confirmations

Step 2: Content Repurposing System (MOST IMPORTANT)

This was the biggest transformation.

Before

  • 1 episode = 1 upload

After

  • 1 episode = 5–15 content pieces

What I Implemented

From each episode, I extracted:

  • High-impact quotes

  • Emotional moments

  • Relatable insights

And turned them into:

  • Instagram reels

  • Short-form clips

  • Promotional teasers

Each clip was designed with:

Step 4: Instagram Growth Strategy

I handled:

  • Posting reels consistently

  • Writing captions + hashtags

  • Tagging guest speakers as collaborators

  • Using stories for reminders and engagement
