CUSTOMER INTRO
Goldie City operates in the Web3 and tokenization space, a fast-moving, narrative-driven ecosystem where attention is decentralized and community trust is everything.
Unlike traditional brands, success here is not driven by advertising alone but by:
conversations
visibility in real-time discussions
and credibility within niche communities
⭐ Highlight: A zero-to-community growth challenge in one of the most attention-sensitive digital environments.

PROBLEM / GOAL
The Core Challenge
When I joined, Goldie City had:
No structured social presence
No defined content system
No active or engaged community
No platform-specific strategy
In Web3, this creates a major issue:
❗ If you are not actively participating in conversations, you don’t exist in the ecosystem.
Key Problems
Lack of consistent posting across platforms
No narrative positioning in Web3 discussions
No distribution system for event-based content
Low visibility in target communities
Goal
Build a recognizable Web3 presence from scratch
Establish consistent engagement across platforms
Translate offline events into digital growth
Create a real-time content system aligned with Web3 behavior
SOLUTION
🔍 My Approach: Build a Real-Time Community Engine, Not Just Social Media Pages
Instead of treating platforms individually, I built a cross-platform attention system.
Step 1: X (Twitter) / Linkedin Core Growth Engine
X and Linkedin were treated as the primary distribution layer.
What I Implemented
Thought-leadership style posts
Real-time commentary on Web3 conversations
Industry observations and insights
Engagement-driven posting patterns
X Strategy Model
Insights → Conversations → Replies → Community VisibilityStep 2: Real-Time Content Strategy
Instead of scheduled content, I focused on:
reacting to trends in real time
aligning posts with ongoing discussions
adjusting messaging based on engagement
👉 This made the brand feel present inside the conversation, not outside it.
Step 3: Event-Based Content Execution
A major part of growth came from on-ground events.
What I Did
Attended Web3 / industry events
Captured live footage and moments
Documented speaker interactions
Converted event energy into short-form content
Strategy Insight
Instead of:
❌ “We attended an event."
We created:
👉 “Here is what it feels like to be inside the event in real time."
Step 4: Multi-Platform Positioning
Each platform had a distinct role:
X (Twitter)
Real-time engagement
Thought leadership
Community interaction
Structured professional positioning
Industry-aligned storytelling
Authority building
Community-first engagement
Participation in discussions
Organic visibility in niche groups
Platform Role Matrix
Platform | Role |
X | Real-time growth engine |
Authority & credibility | |
Community integration |
Step 5: Collaboration with Director
Worked closely with leadership to:
define messaging direction
align content with brand vision
iterate based on real-time performance
This ensured:👉 fast decision-making + adaptive execution
